Spell Writing Therapy

Or, perhaps I should say spell writing as therapy.  We all come to times that are difficult for us to deal with.  Emotionally, physically, whatever.  When I feel a situation is pushing me to the edge, I write a spell to remedy it.  I don't always cast the spell (though in some cases I have been pushed that far), but the act of writing it helps me regain a sense of control.  I look at it and think "I could cast this and that would show 'em"  Then self-control comes into play cuz I have to ask myself if the repercussions would be worth it.  lol  Most times it's not.  Sometimes I'll rework it into a more positive light.  It also offers the advantage of looking at the situation from a different point of view.  What is the real problem here?  Who is really at fault?  Is there anything else I can do?

I've been looking a little into fasting.  Working towards my mind/body/spirit connection.  Here is a site with a lot of info on "Why" one should fast, medically speaking.  I was astonished at the information I found here.  At the bottom is a link that gives the safest way to start fasting.
